About the Journal

Revista Direito & Inclusão is an innovative academic publication, conceived by UniSantaCruz – Centro Universitário Santa Cruz de Curitiba, and managed by Future Publishers Group. Its primary objective is to disseminate the research conducted at UNISANTACRUZ, as well as other Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), to the scientific community in the field of Law and related areas.

Mission
The journal's mission is to promote scientific exchange between national and international researchers, using Law as an instrument of inclusion, with a special focus on the inclusion of the underprivileged, vulnerable groups, women, and other marginalized segments in community life.

Areas of Focus
Revista Direito & Inclusão focuses primarily on topics related to the defense of fundamental and social rights, but it is not limited exclusively to these areas. The main topics include:

• Defense of vulnerable groups
• Human and fundamental rights
• Right to education
• Right to health
• Right to housing, with an emphasis on homeless individuals
• Combating violence and harassment, both in domestic settings and the workplace
• Situation of prison communities
• Public policies aimed at the realization of rights
• Extrajudicial and judicial means for resolving disputes
• Conventional and principled international protection of fundamental rights

While these are the primary themes, the journal remains open to contributions that explore other relevant issues in the field of Law, as long as they offer innovative or significant perspectives on legal studies and social inclusion.
