Governance Policy of the Scientific Journal

This document establishes the principles and guidelines for the governance of Direito & Inclusão, aiming to ensure the quality, transparency, and credibility of the editorial process.

Scientific Council

The Scientific Council consists of leading researchers and academics in their respective disciplines, selected based on their expertise and experience. The Scientific Council plays a fundamental role in ensuring the quality and rigor of published articles by reviewing submitted works, providing expert opinions, and guiding the selection of reviewers. Additionally, the Scientific Council is responsible for proposing relevant themes for special issues and promoting the journal's visibility within its academic and scientific community.

Editorial Committee

The Editorial Committee is composed of a diverse group of renowned experts in their respective fields, hailing from internationally recognized institutions of teaching and research. The Editorial Committee serves in a consultative capacity, providing strategic guidance for the journal’s development, reviewing and enhancing editorial policies, and promoting academic and ethical integrity at all stages of the editorial process.

Editor-in-Chief

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the operational and strategic management of the journal, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the editorial process. The Editor-in-Chief oversees the review and selection of articles, coordinates the work of reviewers and associate editors, and works closely with the Editorial Committee and Scientific Council to establish the journal's editorial guidelines and policies. Furthermore, the Editor-in-Chief is the main point of contact for authors, reviewers, and readers, fostering transparent and constructive communication in all aspects of the editorial process.
